We are looking to build a specialist, high performing, Customer Service Team to work at Edgbaston Stadium, Birmingham, welcoming visitors on match days and other events at the ground.

The ideal person will be dependable, empathetic, friendly, welcoming and have a huge desire to help deliver a fantastic experience for every visitor.

No direct experience is required. We’ll provide all the training you need. What matters to us is a positive attitude and a passion for customer service.

No experience is required, as we'll give you all the training you need - applicants holding their Level 2 in Spectator Safety (or above) are preferred but not essential, however, you must be willing to go through the funded training once on board.

Our recruitment and selection process will include a short face to face interview with our friendly team.

Given the nature of the industry, we do need to ask some questions for security and compliance purposes, but don’t worry - you will only need to complete them once.
